Session 54, Visual Perceptions: Designing Light & Color Part VIII: "Believability" is a two video session that explores the properties and qualities of light by identifying essential design elements in a subject. I'll dive into the art of making digital painting feel traditional. I'll also play with abstracting line, mass and pattern while utilizing practical lighting. I'll discuss techniques, methods, and approaches to bring more sophistication into your work. I'll explore principles I use to develop iconic looks and appealing worlds. I'll also demonstrate different levels of stylization over the course of two moment paintings. Please Watch in Order!
